Christopher Robert Evans was born on June 13, 1980. He started his acting career by playing the roles in TV shows, like Opposite Sex in the year 2000. Following appearances in several teens' films, including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he was noticed for his performance of the Marvel Comics character the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has also been featured in film versions of comics and graphic novels TMNT (2007), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009), Snowpiercer (2003). Alongside his character in the role of Captain America and Steve Rogers Evans earned him recognition for the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2015) and Captain America: Civil War. His role in the Marvel series helped establish him as one of the world's highest-paid actors.
